I built the Ownership Index to make that gap visible so leaders can address it directly and lead with clarity.

THE OWNERSHIP INDEX - FREE LEADERSHIP DIAGNOSTIC
The Ownership Index is a short diagnostic that maps where your team is right now across four arears: 
 
  • Clarity - Do people know what is expected of them, and do they understand how their work connects to what matters? 
  • Feedback Flow - Are people giving and receiving feedback in a way that actually improves things, or is it mostly avoided or absorbed without action? 
  • Alignment - Are your team's priorities, values, and ways of working consistent enough that people can move in the same direction?
  • Follow Through - Are commitments being kept? When they are not, does anyone address it? 

A clear picture of where things are working and where the friction is coming from. 
LEADERSHIP ALIGNMENT WORKSHOP
Ideal for: Leadership teams experiencing strain, rapid growth, or subtle disengagement.

A focused 90-minute session designed to surface friction, clarify expectations, and strengthen shared accountability.

A workshop surfaces what is happening. Three months of focused work is what actually changes it.

  • Three team workshops over 90 days, each building on the last

  • Support for leaders as they apply alignment practices in real time
  • A final check-in at the three-month mark to assess progress and next steps.
